1. About BUNATY

BUNATY is a UK-based online retailer of men’s accessories — watches, eyewear, wallets, bracelets and small leather goods. Designed in London.

2. Use of the site

You agree to use bunaty.com lawfully and in good faith. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, copy proprietary content, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

3. Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. The contract is formed once you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order — with a full refund — in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues or stock unavailability.

4. Pricing

All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is calculated and shown at checkout. Prices and product specifications may change without prior notice.

5. Payment

We accept major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments and PayPal — we never store full card numbers.

7. Product information

We do our best to display colours and details accurately, but slight variations may occur due to screen calibration and natural materials. Materials and specifications may be revised; we will inform customers of any change before fulfilment.

8. Fraud prevention

We may decline or cancel orders that appear suspicious, including but not limited to mismatched billing and shipping details, multiple failed payment attempts, or addresses flagged by our fraud-detection system. In such cases the full amount is refunded.

9. Intellectual property

All content on bunaty.com — including the BUNATY name, logo, copy, product photography and design — is the property of BUNATY and may not be copied, reproduced or used without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by UK law, BUNATY’s total liability for any order is limited to the value of the goods purchased. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
