Returns & refunds

We want you to be sure about your BUNATY piece. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you may return any unworn item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Conditions for return

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging, with all tags attached.
  • Watches must be returned in their original presentation box.
  • Sunglasses must be returned with the original case and cleaning cloth.
  • Sale items can only be returned if defective.

How to return

  1. Email support@bunaty.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll reply within 24–48 working hours with the return address and step-by-step instructions.
  3. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged in transit or incorrect.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we refund the original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your piece arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@bunaty.com with clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund — including return postage.

Warranty

All BUNATY pieces carry a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. Normal wear and tear is not covered.

Refund timing

Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank processing usually takes 3–5 additional working days after we issue the refund.
