BUNATY ships across the United Kingdom.

Free UK shipping over £49

All UK orders over £49 ship free. Orders under £49 carry a flat £3.95 shipping fee.

Dispatch and delivery

• Dispatch: within 1–2 working days of order placement.
• UK delivery: 2–4 working days after dispatch via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
• You’ll receive tracking by email as soon as your parcel ships.

Order cut-off

Orders placed before 14:00 GMT on a working day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 14:00, on weekends or UK bank holidays are processed the next working day.

Missing or late parcels

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, email support@bunaty.com with your order number and we’ll trace it with the carrier.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t refund orders lost due to an incorrect address provided at purchase.
